Hiring: Architect Designer
KMA Design Studio | Sai Baba Colony, Coimbatore

KMA Design Studio is a boutique architecture and interior design firm specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for a talented and proactive Architect Designer to join our team and contribute across design, client interactions, project coordination, and execution.

Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
Location: Sai Baba Colony, Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts from inception to execution.
- Prepare presentations, working drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage project timelines, site visits, and execution coordination.
- Ensure design intent, quality standards, and project deliverables are achieved.
- Independently handle projects while collaborating with the design team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong design, detailing, and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation,



and client-handling abilities.
- Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.

What We're Looking For

A creative, detail-oriented architect who is comfortable wearing multiple hats—designing, coordinating, presenting, and managing projects. Someone who takes ownership, works independently, and thrives in a collaborative studio environment.

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Commensurate with experience
