- Lead and manage the complete Purchase and Procurement function.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans.
- Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
- Handle RFQ, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, electrical components, consumables, and other production requirements.
- Drive cost reduction, cost optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and service.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, Finance, and Management.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels and minimize excess, obsolete, and slow-moving materials.




- Develop alternate sources for critical and high-value materials.
- Handle vendor evaluation, audits, development, and performance improvement.
- Monitor purchase budgets and control procurement expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review purchase MIS, supplier performance reports, and cost-saving reports.
- Lead, guide, and develop the Purchase team.
- Support Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
