About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps & GenAI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Python, and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Python-based applications and AI solutions, implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and integrating Generative AI capabilities into scalable and production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI / GenAI solutions for business use cases.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control using Azure DevOps/Git.
- Deploy and maintain applications across Microsoft Azure environments.
- Integrate AI/GenAI models and APIs into enterprise applications.
- Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, deployment, and infrastructure-related tasks.
- Implement automated testing and quality checks within CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application deployments, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.
- Work with development, data, AI/ML, and infrastructure teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Implement secure and scalable DevOps practices for AI applications.
- Optimize application performance and deployment workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with emerging Generative AI, Azure, Python, and DevOps technologies.

Required Technical SkillsAzure DevOps

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.




- Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Azure Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Artifacts.
- Experience with YAML-based pipeline configuration.
- Strong understanding of Git, branching, merging, and pull requests.
- Experience automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of DevOps best practices and Agile development methodologies.

Python

- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Experience developing automation scripts, applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Knowledge of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django is preferred.
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of Python testing and debugging.
- Knowledge of data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is an advantage.

Generative AI

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / GenAI applications.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered applications.
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is preferred.
- Understanding of embeddings and vector databases is an advantage.
- Experience with Azure-based AI services such as Azure OpenAI is a plus.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred.
- Ability to integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Python.
- Practical experience developing or integrating Generative AI solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional development and technology teams.
- Experience deploying and maintaining production applications in cloud environments.
