We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly responsible individual to take full ownership of our company website and manage ongoing communication with our suppliers.The ideal candidate should combine strong operational skills with valuable visual judgment, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, identifies problems independently, follows up persistently, and continuously looks for ways to improve the website and supplier experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily website operations, content, products, images, pricing, and updates.
- Maintain website quality, accuracy, design, and user experience.
- Coordinate with developers/vendors for technical issues and improvements.
- Create/edit basic website & marketing visuals using Canva/Figma.
- Coordinate with suppliers, collect product details, images, documents, and follow up regularly.
- Maintain supplier records, trackers, reports, and pending issues.




- Identify operational problems and implement process improvements.

Requirements

- Experience in website operations, e-commerce, CMS, content management, or vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of WordPress/Shopify/WooCommerce or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Canva/Figma.
- Excellent English communication and supplier-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred: Basic HTML/CSS, SEO, analytics, and AI tools knowledge.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
