About Role.
We are looking for enthusiastic and student-focused professionals to join our Admissions team. As an Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable programs. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a results-oriented approach to deliver an excellent student experience while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals, career aspirations, and requirements, and provide appropriate program guidance.
- Counsel students on suitable courses, career pathways, program details, fees, and other relevant information to support informed decision-making.
- Manage the complete admission journey from initial inquiry and follow-up to admission, orientation, and post-admission support.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-in prospects professionally to maximize student engagement and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets through effective counseling, consistent follow-ups, and relationship building.




- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, admissions, and fee-related information in the relevant systems.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and admission processes while coordinating with internal teams to provide a smooth and positive student experience.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect effectively with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, academic advising, education sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
