Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and professionally attend to showroom customers.
- Understand customer needs, budget, and usage requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, colours, pricing, and offers.
- Arrange and conduct test rides.
- Generate and follow up on enquiries through LeadSquared/CRM.
- Convert enquiries into test rides, bookings, and retail sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Explain finance, insurance, exchange, accessories, and registration options.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and other departments for smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Follow up with customers after delivery and support customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain qualified grooming, product knowledge, and customer-handling standards.

Eligibility

- 12th / Any Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in automobile, retail, telecom, banking, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
