About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead the overall operations of our alcoholic beverage manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for production, bottling, manpower, quality, maintenance, safety, cost control and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end factory operations, including production, blending, bottling, packaging and dispatch.
- Plan and achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, downtime and overall plant performance.
- Lead and manage supervisors, operators, workers and contract manpower.
- Ensure proper utilization and availability of machinery, manpower and raw/packing materials.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Purchase, Excise and Logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with Excise regulations, statutory requirements, safety, hygiene and company SOPs.
- Monitor bottling-line efficiency and reduce breakdowns, rejection and wastage.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Prepare and review daily/monthly production reports, MIS and factory KPIs.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth functioning of plant machinery and utilities.
- Drive a strong safety and discipline culture across the factory.
- Handle audits, inspections and ensure timely closure of observations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12+ years of experience in alcoholic beverages, IMFL, distillery, brewery, FMCG or beverage manufacturing.




- Strong hands-on experience in factory/plant operations and bottling lines.
- Positive knowledge of production planning, manpower management and process optimization.
- Knowledge of Excise compliance and alcoholic beverage manufacturing will be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, MIS and production reporting.
- Engineering qualification such as B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production or related field preferred.
