Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for materials received, stored, and issued at the project site.
- Maintain accurate stock records for all construction materials.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for critical materials.
- Conduct daily monitoring of high-value and fast-moving materials.
- Prevent unauthorized movement of materials from the site.
- Receive materials against approved Purchase Orders (PO).
- Verify quantity, specifications, make, condition, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers for technical verification wherever required.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) promptly.
- Immediately report shortages, excess quantities, damages, or specification mismatches.
- Ensure rejected materials are properly segregated and returned to vendors.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management.
- Prior experience in a real estate developer or construction company is strongly preferred.
- Candidate should have independently handled a construction project store.
- Practical experience with construction materials is essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
