We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive who can independently identify potential clients, approach business owners, present our solutions, and close new business.

What You Will Do

* Research businesses and identify potential clients independently.

* Find businesses that can benefit from Branvidia’s AI and digital solutions.

* Visit businesses physically and speak directly with owners, founders, managers, and decision-makers.

* Generate your own leads through field research, Google Maps, local business research, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

* Introduce Branvidia and understand the client’s business problems.

* Present relevant Branvidia services and NUCLIAS AI solutions.

* Conduct initial product/service demonstrations.

* Schedule and coordinate client meetings with the Founder/Sales team when required.

* Follow up with prospects until the deal is closed.

* Maintain accurate lead and client information.

* Submit daily field-visit and sales activity reports.

* Take responsibility for your assigned territory and sales pipeline.

Performance-Based Earnings

Fixed Salary

₹12,000/month

The fixed salary is subject to the company’s attendance, reporting, and employment terms.

Sales Performance

We have a strong performance-based earning structure.

If you close 2 or more qualifying clients in a month:

Your total monthly earning can reach ₹50,000+, including applicable incentives/commission.

If you close 1 qualifying client:

You will receive the ₹12,000 fixed salary + applicable commission according to the company’s incentive structure.

If you do not close a client:

The fixed salary remains subject to the agreed employment terms and satisfactory completion of assigned responsibilities, attendance, reporting, and field activities.

Important

There is no fixed ceiling on incentives.

The more business you generate and close, the more you can earn.

Your earning potential is directly connected to your sales performance.

You Are Responsible For

This is an independent field-sales role.

You are expected to take ownership of:

* Market research

* Prospect research





* Finding businesses

* Identifying decision-makers

* Field visits

* Lead generation

* Initial pitching

* Follow-ups

* Meeting coordination

* Closing opportunities

* Daily reporting

The company will provide the necessary information, sales material, product knowledge, demos, and support required to pitch Branvidia’s solutions.

* Willing to travel locally

* Good follow-up skills

* Basic understanding of technology and digital marketing

* Ability to work independently

Freshers with strong communication and sales ability are welcome.

Knowledge of AI, SaaS, digital marketing, websites, or technology sales is an advantage.
