We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in Life Insurance hiring.

Position: HR Recruiter

Mode: Work From Home

CTC: ₹10,000 – ₹12000 per month

Requirements:

- Must have experience in hiring for Life Insurance roles (Agency / Banca / Direct Sales / BFSI)
- Positive communication and candidate handling skills
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and references
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for Life Insurance roles across various channels
- Post job openings on portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
- Maintain and update candidate database and trackers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
