About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Video Content Creator who can conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for Knya’s social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, product videos, BTS videos, and testimonial videos.
- Handle end-to-end video production – ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Shoot videos featuring products, office culture, HR activities, founders, and team members.
- Edit videos with trendy transitions, sound sync, captions, and brand-aligned formats.
- Maintain consistency in video style, colour tone, and storytelling.
- Research and execute trending sounds, formats, and viral video ideas.




- Ensure timely delivery of videos for campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Track video performance and optimise based on insights.

Requirements

- Strong skills in shooting (mobile/camera) and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.).
- Ability to convert briefs into high-quality video content independently.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and video-first storytelling.
- Comfort with shooting people, teams, office setups, and product demos.
- Good sense of music trends, pacing, transitions, and on-trend editing styles.
