Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking UX & Product Designer on behalf of our premier product client. This role is built for a systems thinker who excels at mapping complex digital products and scaling design infrastructure. You will connect the dots across expansive software ecosystems, decipher intricate user behaviors, and design high-utility interactions. From initial conceptualization to post-launch evaluation, you will drive design excellence while using advanced AI design tools as a team-oriented sparring partner.

Responsibilities

- System & Interaction Design: Architect end-to-end digital products, establishing high-fidelity structural layouts, user patterns, and system logic.
- Systems Thinking at Scale: Maintain, expand, and govern robust corporate Design Systems across multiple product teams and platforms.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Unpack multifaceted user data and business bottlenecks, converting insights into highly strategic, intuitive design workflows.
- Product Shipping & Governance: Own features through the entire software development lifecycle, directly contributing to final shipping and deployment.
- AI-Assisted Workflows: Leverage AI platforms for content generation and rapid prototyping, while maintaining a critical eye to evaluate and refine their outputs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside engineering, product, and leadership teams to integrate individual features into a wider digital ecosystem.
- Design Articulation: Clearly document and present design pathways, explaining individual contributions, discarded ideas, and original points of view to stakeholders.

Mandatory Experience Thresholds:





- Product Company Background: Must come exclusively from a Product Company background (B2B SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, or high-growth tech startups).
- Experience & Graduation Tracks (Must match one of the following):
- Option A: 4+ years of dedicated UX experience with a Bachelor’s in Design (B.Des) — 2022 pass-out.
- Option B: 2+ years of dedicated UX experience with a Master’s in Design (M.Des) — 2024 pass-out.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Portfolio Prerequisites:

- Portfolio Requirements: A verified UX portfolio containing comprehensive case studies demonstrating end-to-end product thinking (problem definition, user research, wireframing, and systemic logic).
- Design Systems: Demonstrable hands-on experience developing or managing complex component design systems at scale.
- Shipped Portfolio: Proven track record of having shipped/launched complex digital products to production.
- AI Tool Fluency: Ability to utilize AI tools as a performance multiplier while actively critiquing their layout output.
- Analytical Mindset: High data literacy and the ability to critique design efficacy using platform metrics.

Mandatory Educational Qualifications:

- Tier-1 Design Degree: Graduated from a top-tier institution (Highly preferred: NID Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar, IIT Bombay (IDC), IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, or CKP Bangalore).
- Academic Foundation: Must possess an 11th/12th Grade Science background.

Strict Profile Exclusions:

- Candidates whose portfolios focus primarily on Brand Identity Design, Logo Design, or Packaging Design will NOT be considered for this role.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
