Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai (Hybrid)

Salary: ₹40,000 per month (initial)

Review: Performance review at 90 days with a clear growth path

Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Growth Executive who is ready to take on an execution-first role with real decision-making authority. This position offers exposure to leadership and a transparent trajectory towards team ownership as our brand scales. You will not be “just posting content”; instead, you will be building systems, setting direction, and raising the execution bar from Day 1.

What You’ll Own (Day 1)

- Corporate Social Media Accounts: Manage content, consistency, and quality across all platforms.
- Content Ideation, Scripting, and Execution: Generate creative ideas and execute them effectively.
- Creative Direction: Define what gets posted and articulate the rationale behind it.
- Utilization of AI Tools:
- Generate content ideas
- Develop hooks, captions, and scripts
- Analyze performance and iterate accordingly
- Collaboration with Internal Designers/Editors: Improve the quality of output through teamwork.
- Template and Guideline Creation: Develop simple templates and guidelines for franchise partners.





You will be hands-on in the initial phase, as strategy without execution is not acceptable.

Ideal Background (Flexible, Not Rigid)

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on social media or content execution.
- Work Workplace: Experience in agency, startup, freelance, or early-stage brand settings.
- Page Management: Has built or managed social media pages personally, even if small.
- Work Style: Comfortable working in chaotic environments and adaptable to change.
- Mindset: Curious, fast learner, and possesses a high ownership mentality.

Formal degrees are less important than proof of execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
