Job Summary

Sell medical devices and equipment to hospitals, surgical departments, ICUs and diagnostic centres. Manage the complete sales cycle for capital equipment and consumables, from customer identification and demonstrations through tendering, negotiation and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach hospitals, surgical centres and clinics for medical device requirements.
- Conduct clinical demonstrations and provide in-service training to surgeons and clinicians.
- Navigate hospital purchasing processes involving clinical, biomedical, purchase, finance and management teams.
- Prepare technical specifications, quotations and tender documentation.
- Submit and manage government and private hospital tender bids.




- Coordinate trial installations and clinical evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with senior hospital management.
- Track post-sales installation, training, warranty and service requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma; biomedical, medical device or life-science background preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in medical device sales.
- Experience in capital equipment or consumable sales.
- Clinical demonstration and training skills.
- Tender and bid management knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple hospital stakeholders.
- Biomedical or technical product knowledge.
- English communication skills for documentation and a two-wheeler or own vehicle.

Pay: ₹9,087.44 - ₹58,300.00 per month
