Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory on e-commerce platforms.
- Handle orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.




- Ensure accurate and timely updates of product and inventory data.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and seller panels.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and marketplace performance.
- Candidates with experience in managing multiple marketplaces will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
