Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead and manage sales operations within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of Medical Representatives, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area
Lead, training , and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs)
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists
Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with team members
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback





Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences preferred)
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales (minimum 4– 8years)
Prior team handling experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive knowledge of the assigned territory and market
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
