Job Title: Investment Banking - Qualitative & Quantitative Research (Oil & Gas)

Designation: Associate/ Senior Associate/ Delivery Lead

Location: Gurgaon/Pune (work from office/Hybrid)

Work hours: 10am to 7pm IST

Department: Investment Banking

Experience Level: 3-8 years

Sector Specific Experience Preferred: Oil & Gas

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, Services.

- Supporting our clients on multiple O&G; sector.

- Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.

- Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles, asset profiles, and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.

- Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”.

- Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails.

- Other responsibilities include:
- Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products.





- Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck

Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment

Key competencies

- Post-Graduation in any stream (technology background preferred).

- MBA/ CFA/ CA /PG in Oil & Gas.

- 3-8 years of experience in the Investment banking space.

- Experience of working Investment banking projects, including Pitch book / IM support and company / asset profiles. Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statement. Target identification, Trading and Transaction comp, Benchmarking, Ratio analysis. Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries.

- Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support.

- Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
