Your work profile

- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs.
- Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and design SAP solutions.
- Design and configure SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Configure SAP CO components such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Drive integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other modules to ensure seamless financial postings.
- Lead solution design, prepare functional specifications, and manage RICEF development with technical teams.
- Manage full project lifecycle including blueprinting, realization, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare support.
- Oversee financial closing processes, reporting structures, and compliance requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication,



and solution sign-offs.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality delivery within timelines.
- Contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing, and capability building initiatives.

Key skills required.

- 8–10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO).
- Hands-on experience in 3–5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting)
- Controlling (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, CO-PA)
- Financial Closing, Reporting & Compliance
- Experience in integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Solid knowledge of finance processes including procure-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Parallel Ledger, Margin Analysis preferred).
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP teams.
- Experience in data migration, testing cycles, and post go-live support.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
