A Primary School Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning setting for young students, typically aged 5–11. They plan lessons, deliver engaging instruction, assess student progress, and support overall child development in accordance with the school curriculum and educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction:

- Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet national and school curriculum requirements.
- Use engaging teaching methods to support various learning styles.
- Encourage student participation and foster a love for learning.
- Utilize technology and educational tools to enhance learning.

Student Assessment & Development:

- Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and observations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs.

Classroom Management:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.




- Enforce school rules and address behavioral issues effectively.
- Encourage discipline, cooperation, and respect among students.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Work closely with fellow teachers, administrators, and school staff.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Curriculum & Professional Development:

- Stay updated with educational best practices and curriculum changes.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training.
