Job Title: Air Compressor Service Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Compressor Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Air Compressors in the field, primarily in Mohali and surrounding areas. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can provide exceptional service and technical support to our customers, ensuring their compressed air systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:
- Install and commission Air Compressors at customer sites.
- Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.

Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on Air Compressors to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Replace worn or faulty components and parts as necessary.

Troubleshooting:
- Quickly identify and resolve issues with Air Compressors to minimize downtime for customers.
- Use diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot complex problems.

Customer Support:
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of Air Compressors.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of service work, including maintenance logs, service reports, and parts used.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during service visits.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Inventory Management:





- Manage and maintain inventory of parts and tools necessary for service work.

- Order replacement parts and manage stock levels to ensure availability.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining compressed air systems, preferably with a focus on air compressors
- Experience in field service engineering is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Other Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

- Own two wheeler for travelling.

- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required.
