Experience: 2+ years in HR | 1+ year in Payroll

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Strong English communication – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage recruitment and coordinate/conduct interviews across business units

● Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation

● Manage monthly payroll for multiple business units

● Monitor attendance, leave, probation and employee records

● Implement HR policies and ensure HR compliance

● Coordinate HR activities at the Calicut office

● Support GCC business units with HR operations

● Prepare HR reports and maintain HR trackers

● Support employee engagement, performance and grievance management

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate confidently and manage HR operations independently in a rapid-growing organization.

Pay: ₹393,269.34 - ₹1,594,562.97 per year
