Job Description

- Lead end-to-end creative direction for all brand and corporate collateral, including visual aids, leave-behind literature (LBLs), detailing aids, brochures, and product monographs for the field force.

- Own the visual identity and brand guidelines across all therapy divisions, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and in-clinic materials.

- Design and oversee creation of digital assets — social media creatives, e-detailing content, webinars, and CME presentation decks.

- Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all promotional and packaging artwork complies with the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (UCPMP) and applicable Drugs & Cosmetics Act provisions.

- Provide creative input on primary and secondary packaging, cartons, and labels in coordination with Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.

- Manage and mentor a team of designers; allocate work, review output quality, and build creative capability within the team.

- Liaise with external agencies, printers, and vendors to manage creative production timelines and cost.

- Support current product launch campaigns with campaign concepts, launch kits, and conference/exhibition collateral.

- Maintain a repository of brand assets, templates, and design standards for use across the organization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an advantage.

- 8-12 years of overall design experience, with at least 3-4 years in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG marketing environment.

- Proven portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns, packaging design, and field-force collateral.

- Prior experience managing a design team is preferred for the Creative Head track.
