We are looking for an HR Executive to undertake all hiring activities, right from job vacancy analysis to interviewing candidates and closing hires. As a HR Executive, you’ll be ideating new strategies to increase efficiency in the hiring process, ultimately responsible for talent acquisition in a hyper-growth startup.

Responsibilities

- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

Responsibilities

- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Qualifications

- Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus
- Experience with MS Office
- Positive understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Organizational skills
- Fluent in English, desired
