Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Maruti Suzuki vehicle owners, understanding their service requirements, recommending appropriate repairs, and ensuring a seamless service experience from intake to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers, record vehicle details, and accurately note all customer complaints and service requests.

Conduct joint vehicle inspections (Job Card creation) and recommend required scheduled maintenance or repairs.

Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality work execution.





Prepare clear cost estimates and obtain customer approvals before initiating work.

Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and expected delivery times.

Explain final invoices, service details, and warranties to customers upon vehicle delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years as a Service Advisor at an authorized automobile service center (Maruti Suzuki experience preferred). Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Skills: Solid communication skills in Hindi and basic English; customer handling abilities; familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System) software.

Location: Candidates residing in or near Lucknow, UP.
