Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Content & Social Media Lead who combines sharp visual design aesthetics, advanced video editing capabilities, and strategic content vision.

You understand that social media is a profit center, not just an expense. In this role, you will take full ownership of turning static expertise into dynamic digital authority, designing high-converting visual assets, and managing highimpact campaigns that drive brand equity and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Direction: Own and execute end-to-end content strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, YouTube) to showcase growth frameworks, position clients as market leaders, and drive conversions.

Design & Visual Branding: Lead the visual language for all social platforms. Hands-on creation of high-converting graphics, carousels, infographics, lead magnets, and presentation decks that translate complex tech/business concepts into engaging visuals.

Video Production & Editing: End-to-end management and hands-on editing of fast-paced, high production video content—including Reels, YouTube videos, video blogs, and thought leadership interviews.

Conversion-Focused Content:



Design every post and visual asset with transparent intent: driving lead generation, enrollment velocity, brand authority, or measurable ROI.

AI & Tech Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and automated content workflows to optimize production speed, quality, and distribution scalability.

Performance & Analytics: Track engagement, lead conversion, and reach metrics to continuously optimize content calendars and asset design.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in content strategy, design, video editing, and social media management (B2B, agency, or tech background preferred).

Design Mastery: Expert proficiency in visual design platforms (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) with a strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Video Editing Expertise (Mandatory): Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. Strong sense of pacing, color grading, motion graphics, and narrative framing.

Strategic & Growth Mindset: Deep understanding of how visual content influences sales funnels, brand authority, and customer acquisition.

Copywriting & Storytelling: Ability to write sharp, persuasive copy that simplifies complex technology and business growth concepts.

Tools Proficiency: Experience using AI tools for content generation, design, or video automation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
