Senior Accountant – US Process

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Final Dropout
Working Days: Monday–Friday (5 Days)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and year-end finalization.
- Manage AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
- Participate in client meetings and provide accounting support.
- Lead and manage the accounting team.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Desired Profile

- 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
