We are currently hiring for an experienced US Tax Manager to join our client’s team in Gurugram.
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Hybrid – 10–12 days Work From Office per month
Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: CA / CPA (Mandatory)
Requirements
1. Robust experience in any two or more of the following US Tax Forms: 1120, 1040, 1041, 1065
2. Consulting firm experience is mandatory
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Candidates based in NCR/Gurugram will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage preparation of Form 1120 (C-Corp) and Form 1065 (Partnership) tax returns
- Handle federal and state tax compliance for US clients
- Review Schedules K-1, book-to-tax adjustments, and supporting workpapers
- Manage tax provisions, deferred taxes, and reconciliations
- Lead client communication and manage stakeholder relationships
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide advisory support
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and internal quality standards
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Handle tax notices, audits, and client tax queries
