Staford School is looking for a PRT Social Science Teeacher, we empower young learners through student-centered, inquiry-driven pedagogy grounded in national and international curricula. Role & Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics for Classes 2-6.
- Design project-based and experiential learning activities that connect Social Science concepts to real-world issues.
- Assess student progress using formative and summative methods, and adapt instruction to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate thematic learning and cross-curricular projects.
- Participate in faculty development, parent-teacher meetings, and school-wide events to support holistic student growth.
- Maintain classroom discipline, foster inclusive values, and model ethical, empathetic leadership for students.

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications

- BA/B.Sc in History,



Geography, Political Science, or Economics
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification from a recognized Indian university
- Fluency in English and Hindi (or regional medium as applicable)
- Classroom management and differentiated instruction skills
- Experience teaching CBSE/ICSE curriculum for Classes 2-6
- Understanding of NEP 2020 pedagogical approaches
- Valid Teaching Eligibility Test (TET/CTET) certification

Preferred

- Experience with CCE or continuous assessment frameworks
- Workshop or project facilitation experience in Social Science
- Ability to integrate digital storytelling or GIS tools into Geography lessons
