n What You'll Do;

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals on AI degree programs and career pathwaysn
- Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable program through consultative sellingn
- Manage the complete admission lifecycle from lead qualification and counseling to application Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to maximize conversionsn
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide an exceptional admission Consistently achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targetsn
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-upsn
- Collaborate with the marketing,



admissions, and student success teams to improve lead conversion and learner experiencen
- Stay updated on AI industry trends, program offerings, and competitor landscape to effectively position Saras AI Instituten

n What We're Looking For;

- n
- 4–6 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or education consultingn
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enrollment/sales targetsn
- Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and negotiation skillsn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn
- Experience using CRM platforms and virtual communication toolsn
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environmentn
- Passion for education and helping learners build successful careers in AIn
