Designation: Italian Language Specialist
n Location: Noida (Work from office)
n Shift: US Shift (6pm-3am)
n Summary: To provide interpreting services via telephone, in person and/or video relay to our customers and their clients by performing the following duties.
n
n Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Fluency in the languages to be interpreted.n
- To facilitate understanding in communication by faithfully interpreting, into the target language, everything being said without adding, omitting or changing anything.n
- To maintain impartiality and show no bias or preference toward either party while interpreting.n
- To interpret in the first form at all times; clarify when necessary (informing both parties) and maintain the highest level of confidentiality as well as abide by code of ethics for interpreters.n
- To be aware of his/her own culture and other cultures encountered in their duties and explaining any cultural differences when appropriate.n
- To preserve the highest level of proficiency by,



continuing to improve his/her interpreting skills and ethical performance.n
- Must demonstrate the highest level of customer service towards our clients and theirs, at all times.n
- Perform all office functions and other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requestedn

n Education & Experience:
nB.Com graduation with 2+ years of Italian interpretation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
n
n Language Skill:
nAbility to read and comprehend easy instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

n Reasoning Ability:
nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete va
