- Manage commercial lending operations including loan booking, drawdowns,disbursements, repayments, rollovers, rate fixings, fees, and payoffs.
- Oversee ACH/Wire processing, reconciliation, collateral, escrow, UCC, andloan servicing activities.
- Lead a team of approximately 100 FTEs, ensuring SLA, quality, productivity, andcompliance.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Back Office,Agent Banks, Borrowers, and other parties.




- Drive process improvements, automation, risk controls, and operationalefficiency.
- Mentor teams and ensure effective governance and performance management.Requirements
- 10–14 years of Commercial Banking/Loan Operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Credit Services, LoanDocumentation & Servicing.
- Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and analyticalskills.
- Experience with nCino/ACBS is preferred.
