We are seeking a Sales Head for a Funded Sustainable Packaging Brand.Job Profile:Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with Company growth targets.Own revenue, volume, margin and collection targets.Drive business across HoReCa, FMCG, Institutional Sales, Key Accounts and Distribution channels.Build relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, QSRs, Caterers, Hospitality Groups and Institutional Buyers.Acquire and develop large regional and national key accounts.Build and strengthen distributor/channel networks across existing and new markets.Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts and customer agreements.Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.Build, lead and motivate the sales team with clear targets and accountability.Conduct regular sales reviews and take corrective action where required.Monitor competition, pricing,



market trends and customer requirements.Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to ensure product availability, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Maintain strong focus on profitable sales and timely collections.Sales Head Requirements:MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, HoReCa, Foodservice or related industries.Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.Strong exposure to HoReCa, Key Accounts and distributor management.Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive sales targets and build current markets.Strong commercial, negotiation and team-management skills.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Pan-India / multi-state sales exposure preferred.
