Project & Delivery Manager Hiring for a fast-growing technology consulting and managed services organization specializing in enterprise data management, data governance, AI/ML, and cloud data platforms .With delivery presence across India, UAE, Australia, USA, and Qatar, and partners with leading organizations to design, implement, and manage next-generation data ecosystems.Experience - 8+ Years in IT Services / IT product Organization Location - BangaloreCertification - PMP ( Mandatory )Role ObjectiveOwn end-to-end delivery of multiple data technology engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to expected quality, while maintaining client confidence, team productivity, resource efficiency and account health.Core Responsibilities● Own end-to-end project delivery for multiple concurrent data technology engagements across Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and related platforms● Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and DatAInfa delivery standards● Drive rigorous project governance — weekly status reviews, risk registers, RAID logs, escalation management, and change control● Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery across all assigned projects● Manage project budgets, track utilization, and report financial performance to leadership● Lead project kick-off, discovery, and closure processes — including structured client feedback and CSAT.Delivery Management & Team Leadership● Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams comprising technical consultants, architects, and functional specialists● Allocate resources effectively across projects — balancing workload, skillsets, and availability in coordination with the Resource Management function● Mentor and develop delivery team members — building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement,



and professional growth● Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies before they become escalations● Conduct regular performance conversations and provide structured feedback to team members● Manage consultant onboarding, project transitions, and knowledge handover processes.Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement● Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for delivery accountability and project governance● Build and sustain strong client relationships — acting as a trusted advisor on delivery, timelines, and project strategy● Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, monthly governance reviews, and quarterly business reviews with client leadership● Proactively manage client expectations — communicate proactively on risks, delays, and changes before they become issues● Identify and pursue account growth opportunities — scope extensions, change requests, and new workstreams — in collaboration with the sales function● Manage Middle East client engagements with cultural sensitivity and in-market presence when requiredMultitasking & Operational Excellence● Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different clients, geographies, and technology platforms without compromising delivery quality● Prioritise effectively under pressure — managing competing demands, shifting timelines, and resource constraints with composure● Maintain structured visibility across all active projects through project dashboards, delivery trackers,



and reporting frameworks● Contribute to DatAInfa's delivery methodology, templates, and standard operating processes● Work closely with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to ensure optimal resource deployment and bench reductionQualifications & Requirements Category Requirement Level Total Experience 8+ years in the IT industry in project or delivery management roles Mandatory PMP Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) — active and valid certification Mandatory Multi-project Management Proven experience managing 3+ concurrent projects simultaneously Mandatory Client Management Robust track record of managing senior client relationships and governance Mandatory Travel Readiness Open and available for project travel within the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) Mandatory Base Location Must be based in Bangalore, India or willing to relocate Mandatory Data Platforms Familiarity with Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric Preferred Agile / Scrum Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies; Agile/Scrum certification a plus Preferred Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent in a technology or management discipline Preferred Keka HR / HRMS Exposure – Recommended AdditionExposure to Keka HR for employee lifecycle, attendance/time management, leave, workforce records, reporting or related HR operations would be an advantage.90-Day Success Measures Timeline Expected Outcome Day 30 Understand active projects, clients, delivery teams, risks and current governance; complete initial governance reviews.
