This role combines creative execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients, and the use of modern motion design tools—including AI—to deliver visually impactful content while meeting brand standards and timelines.Key Responsibilities1–3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editingStrong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video workDesign and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms including videos and social mediaCollaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop ideas for motion-based projectsTransform static designs into smooth, dynamic animations ensuring a seamless visual experienceEdit and enhance video content by adding motion graphics, transitions,



and special effectsApply robust typography skills to create visually appealing text animations and graphic overlaysUse industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe PhotoshopBasic knowledge of Blender and familiarity with AI-based motion design toolsWork closely with clients and internal team members to understand creative requirements and deliver impactful visualsConduct quality checks to ensure work meets project specifications, brand guidelines, and industry standardsStay updated with latest motion design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the tableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlinesQualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Strong communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge and hands-on exposure to AI tools for motion design
