The role involves delivering effective phonics lessons, assessing student progress, adapting lessons to individual learning needs, and providing constructive feedback.This is a teaching-focused role with no sales calls, demo conversions, or closures.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach phonics and foundational English skills to young learners in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.Conduct student assessments to understand individual learning levels and requirements.Prepare and deliver interactive lesson plans.Adapt teaching methods and activities according to students' learning needs.Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to the class coordinator.Build a positive, supportive,
