The desired profile is -
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ of experience in Sr. position of management including extensive commercial lending/credit administration/Marketing
• In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance and regulatory requirements, Process/Product development
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and Financial/strategic planning and management
• Strategic leadership ability
• Age – 40 to 50 years
