Sourcing, screening & validation of profiles for ITES vertical
Calling and lining up candidates for interview & follow up.
Candidates are involved in end to end recruitment.
Understanding clients requirements
Generating leads through reference.(We have portals too like Naukri Monster & Times )
Having telephonic discussion with candidates and evaluating their communication skills.
Interview scheduling, follow up and co-ordination with clients.
Skills required:
Strong oral and written communication skills,
Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills
Attentive listener
Confident while communicating
