As a BUSINESS ASSOCIATE, you will be involved in various aspects of the business which include Brand Promotion, HR, Leadership, Team Management, Business Operations. You will also have an opportunity to learn and develop all Management Skills within 8 to 12 months based on your performance. Roles and Responsibilities:

As Trainee Business Head will be Getting on the job Training on each and every area of business. There will be level by level learning and promotion.

Stage 1: BUSINESS ASSOCIATE : (1week to 1 Month)

As a Business Associate we are going to provide Brand promotion and sale training on face to face based. you will be involved face to face brand promotion.

Stage 2: HRD TRAINER (1-2 months)

As a Trainer you will be learning How to train and develop New Business Associates for Brand Promotion.



Where candidate will have responsibilities to train and develop Current Business Associate.

Stage 3: CREW LEADER (3-5 months)

As Crew Leader you will be getting Basic level of Human Resource Management Training, where you will be trained how to manage crew and handle them and you will be developing your Leadership Qualities. you will be responsible to handle 4-5 Business Associate under you.

As Ex. Crew Leader you will be trained in the Advanced level of Human Resource Management. where you will be Learning Recruitment process and training and development, Team Management, other Leadership and Management qualities. You will be responsible for handling 6-7 crew in your team.

Stage 4: ASST. BUSINESS HEAD (4-8 months)

As Asst. Business Head You will be trained to complete Business Operations which includes, Sales , Recruitment, Training and development, Administration, Back end operation and Finance Management. You will be Responsible to handling 12-15 Crew in your team.

Stage 5: BUSINESS HEAD (8-12 months)

As Business Head you will be given an independent Branch Office to handle it.
