We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to lead our IT department and oversee the organisation's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership qualities and a deep understanding of various IT systems, ensuring that our technology aligns with the business objectives. This role involves supervising a team of IT professionals, managing projects, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our information systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux/mac os. To provide support for desktop, laptops, servers, thin clients, tablets, printers, attendance devices, all other IT related hardware. Install and configure enterprise software applications. Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Perform regular updates, patches, and security configurations. Manage system, database backup & disaster recovery strategies.



Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall security. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Monitor and optimize network performance. Implement and maintain security policies, including antivirus & access controls. Conduct regular Branch IT audits and actions with TAT. Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. IT inventory Management,documentation and training materials for end-users. IT infrastructure Deployment and maintenance. Coordination with Vendors for warranty, AMC and other IT related support.
