Job Overview: We are looking for a Sr. SEO Executive to help drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost the online visibility of our IT company's website. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the success of email marketing campaigns by optimizing content and performance. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions. On-Page SEO: Optimize content, meta tags, URLs, and site structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience. Off-Page SEO: Plan and execute link-building strategies and external partnerships to enhance domain authority. Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues like page speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization in collaboration with the development team. Email Marketing: Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring best practices in content and SEO alignment to boost engagement and conversions. Analytics & Reporting:



Monitor and report on SEO and email campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and email marketing platforms. Competitor & Market Research: Conduct analysis of competitors’ SEO and email strategies to uncover opportunities and stay ahead of trends. Collaboration: Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to execute SEO strategies and email campaigns effectively. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with hands-on experience in email marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot). Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and email marketing best practices. Solid analytical and reporting skills to track performance and optimize strategies. Experience in the IT or tech industry is a plus.
