Job Summary We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in real estate and infrastructure finance. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, compliance, project accounting, and reporting, while supporting strategic decision-making and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end finance & accounting for real estate/infrastructure projects Handle project-based accounting, revenue recognition, and cost tracking Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and cash flow models Generate MIS reports for management and investors Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits and ensure timely closure Oversee GST filings, income tax returns, and tax planning activities Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks Coordinate with banks, investors, consultants,



and external stakeholders Support fund raising, financial modelling, and strategic initiatives Key Requirements Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory 3+ years of post-qualification experience in real estate / infrastructure Solid knowledge of Ind AS and Indian GAAP Hands-on experience in RERA compliance and project accounting Proficiency in accounting ERPs (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and advanced Excel Strong understanding of cash flow management and MIS reporting Experience in handling audits and tax compliance (GST & Income Tax) Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience in real estate developers / EPC / infrastructure companies Exposure to fund raising, investor reporting, or financial modelling Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
