We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Service Cloud, AccelQ automation tool, and Validation Testing (Valgenesys). The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test scripts, validating Salesforce functionalities, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automation test scripts using AccelQ for Salesforce Service Cloud applications. Perform functional, integration, regression, and validation testing for Salesforce features. Validate Service Cloud components such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Service Console. Execute Validation Testing using Valgenesys for data integrity and compliance.



Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate integrations with external systems. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage. Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution. Support Salesforce release management and perform deployment validations. Prepare test documentation including test plans, test cases, and automation reports. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments. Experience with Lightning Experience and custom component testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-6 years of overall QA experience, with minimum 3+ years in Salesforce testing. Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities. Hands-on experience with AccelQ automation tool for Salesforce testing. Experience in Validation Testing using Valgenesys. Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
