Job Title: Senior Executive - Corporate Liaison & Mobility Location: Delhi, Okhla Phase-3 Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Corporate Liaison & Mobility to manage end-to-end travel arrangements and visa processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in booking domestic and international travel, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth, compliant visa processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and the ability to handle multiple travel requests efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Travel Planning & Booking • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries. • Handle both domestic and international travel bookings while optimizing cost and convenience. • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure timely sharing with stakeholders. • Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels for bookings, changes, and cancellations. Visa & Documentation Management • Handle visa processing for multiple countries, including documentation, application submissions, and follow-ups. • Ensure compliance with country-specific visa requirements and timelines. • Maintain accurate records of travel documents, passports, and visa statuses. • Liaise with embassies,
visa agencies, and internal stakeholders for smooth processing. Vendor & Cost Management • Work with travel partners and vendors to negotiate competitive rates and ensure service quality. • Track travel expenses and ensure alignment with company travel policies. • Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising on convenience. Operational Support • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently. • Stay updated on travel regulations, visa changes, and international travel advisories. • Ensure 24/7 responsiveness for urgent travel needs when required. Requirements • 2–3 years of relevant experience in travel management and visa processing. • Strong understanding of domestic and international travel booking systems and visa procedures. • Excellent coordination and organizational abilities • Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage last-minute changes and resolve travel-related issues quickly. • High sense of ownership and urgency. • Ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
