Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM, HRSD, Service Catalog, integrations, and platform customization. The ideal candidate should have strong JavaScript skills and practical experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, REST APIs, and ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work extensively on ITSM and HRSD implementations and enhancements.
- Design and maintain Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Build and support REST API integrations with external applications.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
- Support upgrades, deployments, testing,



and production releases.
- Apply ITIL principles while designing and implementing ITSM solutions.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Strong experience with Service Catalog.
- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations.
- Solid knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-HRSD.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and modern ServiceNow development practices.
- Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments.

Notice Period

Immediate joiners to candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
