Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist who can help translate Nytarra’s brand, products, and ideas into compelling communication across channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands content, social media, brand communication, and digital marketing , and can work closely with the founders, creative/design team, performance marketing team, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Communication
- Develop and execute Nytarra’s brand communication across digital and social channels.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual communication.
- Translate product features and benefits into simple, compelling consumer stories.




- Help build campaigns around product launches, festivals, offers, and brand initiatives.

2. Content & Social Media
- Own the day-to-day content calendar across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Identify trends, cultural moments, conversations, and content opportunities relevant to Nytarra.
- Develop content briefs, scripts, captions, hooks, and creative concepts.
- Work with the design and content production teams to take ideas from concept to execution.
- Continuously test new content formats and creative angles.

3. Marketing Campaigns
- Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across organic, paid, influencer, and other channels.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to develop creatives and messaging that drive both brand and commercial outcomes.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
