nWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Trading Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore.
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, converting qualified leads into customers, promoting our financial market education programs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the client journey.
nThis role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, financial markets, and building long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.n
- Contact and follow up with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.n
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable educational programs and trading solutions.n
- Conduct qualified product presentations and consultation sessions.n
- Manage student enrollments, deposits,



and course upgrades.n
- Coordinate webinars, seminars, and client engagement activities with internal teams.n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily follow-up activities.n
- Provide basic guidance regarding financial markets and company products.n
- Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.n
- Generate business opportunities from existing customer accounts through relationship management.n
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and performance KPI targets.n
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth client experience.n

Candidate Requirementsn

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:n
