Your Role

- Deliver engaging sessions on Healthcare Management (HM) & AI , aligned with the academic curriculum.n
- Teach key topics such as hospital operations, patient coordination, HR, billing, inventory, procurement, supply chain, digital literacy, AI, and healthcare data analytics .n
- Clarify student doubts and help learners connect concepts with real-world healthcare scenarios.n
- Conduct classroom activities, discussions, assessments, and provide regular feedback on student performance.n
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and other required documentation.n
- Work closely with the Campus Academics team to ensure smooth academic delivery.n
- Implement feedback to continuously improve teaching and student learning outcomes.n

- n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration .n
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare management practices .n
- Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in healthcare is preferred.n
- Valuable communication, classroom facilitation, and student engagement skills .n
- Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or academic facilitation is preferred.n
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.n
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback.n
