Job Role: Data Analyst

Work Location: Remote India

Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days

Strong Retail Banking domain knowledge with experience in:

- Retail Lending Products (Personal Loans, Mortgages, OD, CASA)
- Customer Onboarding and Portfolio Management Journeys
- Solid SQL skills (Complex Queries, Data Validation, Data Analysis, Troubleshooting, Query Optimization)
- Experience working with Data Lakes, Data Marts, Hive, and Enterprise Data Platforms
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation
- Data Mapping and Source-to-Target Mapping expertise
- Data Lineage, Data Quality Management, and Data Reconciliation experience
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Modelling concepts
- Experience in preparing BRD, FSD, Data Mapping Documents, and Functional Documentation
- Experience working with Generative AI tools in Data Analytics
- Stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills

Responsibilities

- Gather,



analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FSD, and data mapping documents.
- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and data engineering teams.
- Support implementation of data solutions across Data Lake, Data Mart, and Hive platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and lineage compliance.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to improve analysis and reporting efficiency.

Required experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst within Banking or Financial Services, preferably in Retail Banking, Lending, or Enterprise Data Analytics.
