Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to oversee our agricultural operations in Ujina, Haryana (located 20 km from Sohna). This is a full-time, on-site role pivotal in driving agricultural production, managing daily farm operations, and leading on-site teams to ensure high efficiency and yield.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive,



technical leader with deep expertise in crop management, modern farming techniques, soil/water management, and farm machinery upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

- Crop & Production Management: Oversee complete crop lifecycles from sowing to harvesting and post-harvest handling.
- Resource Management: Implement efficient irrigation, fertilization, and soil health strategies to maximize yield.
- Pest & Health Control: Conduct routine crop inspections to manage pests, diseases, and biosecurity protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance for farm machinery, tractors, pumps, and power backup systems.
- Inventory & Data Logging: Track farm inputs, yield metrics, labor costs, and machinery usage accurately.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage on-site farm laborers, ensuring safety and productivity.
