About the Role

Culturati is looking for a Retail Sales Executive for our Bangalore store.

This is a customer-facing, store-based role for someone who is comfortable speaking to customers, explaining products, handling enquiries, sharing catalogues, following up on interested customers, coordinating orders and supporting basic marketing outreach.

The person will manage both walk-in customers at the store and enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and the website.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist customers visiting the store

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

* Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram,



phone and website leads

* Maintain a simple tracker of enquiries, follow-ups and order status

* Support billing, packing, stock coordination and order updates

* Keep products organised and support day-to-day store operations

* Make calls/messages for marketing outreach to potential customers, corporate contacts, apartments, event planners and gifting leads

Who We're Looking For

* Graduate in any stream: B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, Computer Science or similar

* Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience may apply

* Good spoken English and customer communication skills

* Basic computer skills, including WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets or Excel

* Comfortable working full-time from the Bangalore store

Experience in retail sales, customer service, showroom sales, telecalling, inside sales, front office, ecommerce support or store operations will be an advantage.
